ClubSoft is built on the premise that information is best when it is fresh. Unlike most systems, ClubSoft is not dependent upon an "End-of-Day" or a "Sync" process before you and/or your members are updated. Information is always fresh and up-to-date.
No two clubs are exactly alike. Think of everything that is unique about your membership – your minimums, your dues structure, other recurring charges and, of course, the special rules, discounts and fees that apply to only a few members. This is why ClubSoft allows you to configure a membership management experience as unique as your Club.
Through the use of Member Groups and Custom Fields, ClubSoft’s Membership module can expand and contract to fit the shape of your operation. Additionally, by utilizing Microsoft’s .NET architecture, only ClubSoft offers your membership the ability to view personal account information such as billing and roster information through your club’s website in "Real Time".
Members can easily find answers to questions such as “What’s the remaining balance on my Food & Beverage Minimum?” and “What was the $20.00 charge from the Golf Shop on the 15th of last month for?” directly from your club’s website.
